It is the responsibility of the registered vendor to setup, maintain, and update their vendor account. The County does not have access to account passwords, but can reset passwords upon request. The County will not be held responsible for vendors not receiving e-mail notifications. Registered vendors are encouraged to add Williamson County (wmsncntybids@wilco.org) to their list of e-mail contacts in order to prevent blocking of messages and notifications due to spam prevention applications they may have installed.
